1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WeedDash (weeddash.shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform. WeedDash reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to access cannabis product listings or place orders on WeedDash. By proceeding past the age verification gate, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

WeedDash employs an age verification gate at platform entry. Circumventing or misrepresenting your age is a violation of these terms and may be a violation of Missouri law.

3. WeedDash Is a Marketplace Facilitator

WeedDash operates solely as a marketplace facilitator. We are not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, distributor, or cannabis business of any kind. Our role is limited to:

• Connecting consumers with Missouri DCR-licensed dispensaries
• Displaying product listings provided by licensed dispensary partners
• Transmitting orders placed by consumers to the relevant dispensary
• Providing order status communications

WeedDash does not handle, store, transport, or sell cannabis products. All cannabis products listed on this platform are offered, sold, and fulfilled exclusively by the partner dispensary identified on the product listing.

4. Licensed Dispensaries & Regulatory Compliance

All cannabis products sold through WeedDash are sourced exclusively from dispensaries licensed by the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR).

Licensed dispensaries are solely responsible for:

• All cannabis sales compliance under Missouri law and DCR regulations
• Verifying buyer identity and age at the point of pickup or delivery
• Ensuring products meet all state labeling, testing, and packaging requirements
• Maintaining valid DCR licensure at all times
• Tax collection and remittance on cannabis sales

All cannabis sales are subject to the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation rules, including 19 CSR 100-1 et seq. WeedDash makes no representation regarding the regulatory compliance of any individual dispensary and disclaims any responsibility for dispensary-level compliance failures.

5. Order Fulfillment

Order fulfillment — including preparation, dispensing, and delivery or availability for pickup — is the sole responsibility of the partner dispensary that receives the order.

WeedDash is not a party to the sales transaction between you and the dispensary. WeedDash transmits your order to the dispensary but does not guarantee:

• Product availability at the time of fulfillment
• Order accuracy or substitution decisions made by the dispensary
• Estimated fulfillment or delivery windows
• The quality, potency, or fitness of any cannabis product

If you have a dispute regarding a fulfilled order, you should contact the dispensary directly. WeedDash may facilitate communication but cannot resolve disputes regarding the products themselves.

6. Payment Terms

WeedDash currently supports cash on delivery or at pickup. No payment is collected by WeedDash at the time of order placement. Payment is made directly to the dispensary at the time of pickup or delivery.

WeedDash is not responsible for payment disputes between you and the dispensary. Prices displayed are provided by the dispensary and may be subject to change.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use WeedDash to:

• Place orders if you are under 21 years of age
• Resell or redistribute cannabis products obtained through the platform
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent security, age verification, or access controls
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without written authorization
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harassing conduct toward dispensary partners
• Impersonate any person, entity, or dispensary

8. Intellectual Property

The WeedDash platform, including its design, code, and content (excluding dispensary-provided product listings), is owned by WeedDash and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.

Dispensaries grant WeedDash a limited license to display their product information and imagery on the platform for the purpose of facilitating sales.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

WeedDash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Product listings are accurate, complete, or current
• Any cannabis product is safe, effective, or fit for a particular purpose
• Results obtained from using the platform will meet your expectations

Cannabis products involve inherent risks. WeedDash makes no representations regarding the safety, potency, or effects of any product listed on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeedDash and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any cannabis products purchased through the platform
• Acts or omissions of any dispensary partner
• Order fulfillment delays, errors, or cancellations
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data

WeedDash's total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to WeedDash (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim. Because WeedDash does not collect payment, this limitation effectively means WeedDash's liability is limited to zero dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some limitations above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeedDash and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the WeedDash platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including Missouri cannabis regulations
• Any misrepresentation of your age or identity
• Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on the platform

12. Third-Party Links & Dispensary Content

The platform may contain links to dispensary websites or display content provided by dispensary partners. WeedDash is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or dispensary. Your interactions with dispensaries outside the WeedDash platform are solely between you and the dispensary.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Missouri.

WeedDash operates in compliance with Missouri cannabis law. Nothing in these terms authorizes or enables any activity that is prohibited under Missouri or federal law.
